This warranty is extended to the original buyer and applies to all Operator’s Manual Night Vision Devices purchased and employed for the service normally intended, except those products specifically excluded.

WHAT WE WILL DO In the event that your Operator’s Manual equipment falls in normal use because of a defect in workmanship or materials within ten years from the date of shipment, Operator’s Manual, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the equipment or part with new, reconditioned, or remanufactured equipment or parts without charge to you. Such action on the part of Operator’s Manual shall be the full extent of the Company’s liability and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

WHAT YOU MUST DO – You must notify us promptly of a defect within ten years from date of shipment. Assuming that Operator’s Manual concurs that the complaint is valid, and is unable to correct the problem without having the equipment shipped to Operator’s Manual:

Customers must obtain an RMA number, properly pack, insure, prepay the shipping charges and ship the defective equipment or part to our Warranty Center or to any Authorized Warranty Repair Center indicated by us.

  • RMA may be obtained using our Website https://operatormanual.com/warranty.
  • Shipping instructions will be provided with the RMA confirmation.
  • Operator’s Manual Product Service: Phone (574) 993-4417.

Operator’s Manual will repair or replace the defective equipment or part and pay for its return to you, provided the repair or replacement is covered by this warranty. Warranty claims falling outside of the scope of these warranty terms may incur repair, labor and shipping fees changed to the Customer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED – This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage caused by buyer or user abuse or misuse
  • Units that have been used in any other way other than its normal and customary manner
  • Units that have been misused, neglected, or damaged by accident

  • Damage caused by rechargeable batteries, leaking batteries or battery compartment corrosion due to faulty battery
  • Damage, defects, or failures attributed to normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects
  • The performance of the equipment when used in combination with equipment which is electronically or mechanically incompatible
  • Consequential damages incurred by a buyer or user from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to improper storage, operation and non-Operator’s Manual repair or service costs. Customer is hereby notified that operation of the equipment during daylight or under excessive light conditions may permanently damage the internal components of the unit.
  • Products that were discontinued by the manufacturer and either parts or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of Operator’s Manual LLC

SERVICE WARRANTY – Any repair service performed by Operator’s Manual under this limited warranty is warranted to be free from material or workmanship for sixty days from date of repair. All terms and exclusions of this limited warranty apply to the service.

IMPORTANT – Customers who purchased equipment must obtain an RMA before shipping the defective equipment to us. Failure to obtain an RMA before shipment may result in a delay in the repair/replacement and return of your equipment. Non warranty goods shall be repaired, replaced, or returned to Buyer, at Buyer’s option and expense. Repair or replacement shall not be performed until and unless Buyer issues an Order to Operator’s Manual authorizing such repair or replacement at Operator’s Manual then-current repair or replacement price.
