SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

In order to offer the best service, we ship all domestic purchases via UPS.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in MI, USA and processed within 2-3 business days. Items not in-stock at the time of order will automatically be put on backorder status and shipped when available.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do ship to APO/FPO locations only using USPS. Please contact us to order. Also allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations.Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method.

Damages/Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse we will be not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally but will work with your preferred freight forwarder to get a shipment to you. However the customer is responsible for any duties and taxes applied during or after shipping
We will accept wire transfers which can be arranged by contacting a sales representative. We do not accept PayPal.
